4. Orders When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary (e.g. stock errors).
5. Pricing & Payment All prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs are added at checkout. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
6. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
7. Returns & Refunds (UK law) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
